Our customers

• Bookings are by appointment only. New clients please text are email us to book.

• Blow-drying is discretionary and cannot be guaranteed. Please consult with your stylist prior to booking.

• Wear a mask. Ear-loop masks are mandatory — no mask, no service.
If you are receiving color disposal masks are suggested.

• Punctuality is utmost important. Please contact your stylist if you are running late.
Appointment that are 15 mins late will be rescheduled.

• Waiting area is closed. Please arrive 5-10 mins before your scheduled appointment
and kindly wait outside until you’ve been checked in.

• Practice social distancing. Please help everyone by maintaining a distance of 6 feet.

• Come alone. No additional guests. Sadly, this also applies to your furry friends.

• Temperature checks at the front. Be prepared to have your temperature taken prior to your appointment, then proceed to wash your hands in the restroom. High temps will be asked to reschedule.

• No commentary beverages at this time. Feel free to bring you own; we only ask that you leave with your containers.
